The
Sponsored
Projects Office (SPO)
at the Berkeley campus is responsible for preparing, interpreting, negotiating,
and accepting agreements for projects funded by federal and state agencies,
foundations, and other public and private sources. SPO also
prepares and negotiates all subawards for collaborative research. The Sponsored
Projects Office reports to the Assistant Vice
Chancellor for Research Administration and Compliance.
